I would love to introduce you to a new way of navigating fitness and nutrition. 

When we look at the world as a whole, we know that we have been given one narrative of how we should exist in our body and in order to fulfill that, we collectively may find ourselves jumping from diet to diet, constantly feeling beat up & burnt to the ground, always feeling like we need to do the hardest workouts, and restrict our food to an extreme.

 

This is why I began this work, because I wanted to support individuals in creating a more empowering and sustainable relationship to nutrition & fitness. I know you hear the word sustainable all the time, people are like "sustainable this, sustainable that" and then you buy and and realize woah this is still asking me to sacrifice so many pieces of my life.

As you explore this new way of navigating fitness & nutrition, you will learn that you don't have to sacrifice so much of your time, your social life, and your favorite foods in order to meet some arbitrary standard of beauty. You can build your own path, without excessive exercise or restriction, and still reap the benefits of exercise and nutrition.

In my 1 on 1 program, we'll work together for at least 3 months to...

Learn how to:

  • exercise productively + consistently with good form

  • simplify nutrition; fuel your body properly without excess restriction

  • change your relationship with food


Feel better in your body — with more energy, strength, mobility, and confidence to move through life the way you'd like to.

I aim to make this accessible — I offer 3 tiers with different levels of service and support. Payment plans/monthly payments are welcome!
