Ingredients* 1 cup old fashioned oats 1/3 cup omega 3 seed blend 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (going to use plant based next time but I ran out) 1/2 Cup cashew butter 1/4 Cup Walden Farm’s pancake syrup 1 tbsp Fair Life skim milk 1 tbsp vanilla extract 4 pitted and chopped dates

Directions 1. Line a Loaf Pan with Parchment paper. Set aside.

2. Place oats, omega blend, and protein powder into a blender, Bullet, Ninja, food processor, or whatever you’ve got. Blend until mixture resembles a powder.

3. Dump dry mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add cashew butter, pancake syrup, milk and vanilla. Stir until well combined, you may have to get your hands dirty with this one. 4. Fold in dates.

5. Transfer mixture to lined loaf pan. 6. Press down firmly until it’s evenly spread, flat, and smooth.

7. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before slicing into 10 bars.

Store in the fridge or freezer. (Based on your preference. You can always switch to see which way you like them better. I prefer to keep them in the freezer and then defrost for 5-10 minutes before eating).

EAT & BE MERRY.

*You can always modify the ingredients with whatever substitutes you prefer to use or have on hand. The second time I made these (the main picture), I needed just a littleeee more cashew butter when I ran out so I filled the gap with Cookie & Cocoa butter swirl (YUM, hence why they’re a little different in color) and used 1 tbsp of Chocolate Fair Life because I had no regular milk left. I’m going to add the ingredients from the original recipe below so you guys can see how I tweaked this to be my own and how you can do the same.

Ingredients 1 cup old fashioned oats 1/3 cup ground flaxseed 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 3 scoops of vanilla plant-based protein powder 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 tbsp almond milk 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup dried cherries or cranberries
